Actual Worked Performed
During the initial visit, our onsite IT support technician began the core IT network installation. This included running two Cat6 drops and installing two Wireless Access Points (WAPs). They were also installed and configured, with both APs successfully registered to the controller. Additionally, a backup of the existing firewall was completed, after which the firewall was installed and configured. The DHCP server on the new firewall was set up, and reservations for IP addresses for the servers and printers were added. After verifying functionality, the work area was cleaned and organized.
In the second visit, the main task was to switch the network connection from a non-PoE to a PoE-enabled switch to power the IP phones and workstations. Firewall rules and DHCP server settings were also adjusted to enable printer connectivity. All IP phones, workstations, and printers were successfully brought online, with their status confirmed alongside the onsite POC. Performed speed test for both wired and wireless network connectivity.

Due to a change in scope, a third visit was conducted. The focus of this visit was to confirm dial tone connectivity from the Fax to the fax machine. A backup of the configuration was taken, and the device was reconfigured to ensure full functionality.
