Job Description:
- 5+ years of experience as Desktop Support/Engineer.
- Strong hands on experience with troubleshooting.
- Scripting knowledge (# PowerShell).
- SCCM (MS System Center Configuration Manager) familiarity (Application Deployment).
- Good at networking & general knowledge.
- Working support cases with Microsoft Premier technical support.
- Active Directory/Azure AD user management.
- Capability to interface with our associates and communicate effectively with them on technical issues.
- Windows 7 through 10 deployment knowledge.
- Office 365 Client setup and knowledge on Clients & Applications (in general).
- Office 365 Hybrid environment knowledge.
- Skype for Business clients & modal knowledge.
- Buffalo NY On-site IT Services
