IT Account - Project Manager Network Infrastructure
Location: Offshore Resource
Job Requirements:
Looking for Network Engineers L2 – L3 (7+ years of experience) with IT Account Management (2+ years of experience) to remotely support large and small onsite multi-location client-level account initiatives such as technology roll-outs, upgrades, migrations, new site implementations and deployments, site closing, etc.
Candidate must have excellent spoken and written English – with accent very easy for Americans to understand.
Requirements:
- A+ Hardware/Software certified – nice to have.
- CCNA and/or CCNP Preferred.
- Expert in MS Office Applications.
- Excellent Communications and Organizational Skills (American Accent preferred).
- Focus on the Infrastructure side.
- Routing & Switching.
- WLAN (Cisco, Meraki, etc.).
- Low-Voltage Data Cabling (Copper and Fiber) & Cable Patching.
- Racks, Servers.
- VoIP Telephony.
- Security Camera Systems.
- Audio/PA Systems.
- Manage life-cycle of projects.
- Maintain updated account details within company client-centric CMS including billing info.
- Roll-out meeting the business objectives and SLA (service-level agreement).
