Job Description:
At least 8-10 years of work experience in supporting Unified communication systems
Who are we looking for?
Senior IP-Telephony administrator with good experience implementing Unified communication systems.Individual should be passionate about technology, multi skilled and willing to work in a 24 X 7 support model under stringent SLAs
Technical Skills:
The person should have sound knowledge and Hands on Experience on the following:
Avaya IP Telephony
To provide Tier 3 Support for Avaya Products like Communication Manager, Session Manager, System Manager, System Platform, AAM, and Modular Messaging In depth understanding of Telecom Protocols like H.323, SIP, TCP/IP,FTP/HTTP/ISDN PRI E1/T1.
BRI Knowledge on Gateways G250/350/450/430/650, Media Servers like S87xx, S88xx would be an added plus.
Voice Mail Configuration
Knowledge of operation & Maintenance of (Series of devices e.g. CM/ Unity etc.)
Knowledge of administration of Voice Mail Systems
Knowledge of Voice and Data Networks VOIP Integration
Familiarity in using server logs data for call flow problems and resolution
Ability to Analyze and solve complex telephony systems problems
Hands on experience with Administration and troubleshooting Specific platform
Perform Problem Resolution Activities
Perform Weekly / Monthly Capacity Analysis
ITIL service delivery model, understanding of SLAs, Contract Penalties etc.
Qualification:
Preferably Graduate with requisite work experience.
